Topic: Make plans (1)
“A man plans his way (as he journeys through life), but the Lord directs his steps and establishes them” – Proverbs 16:9 (AMP)
A plan has been described as a detailed proposal for doing and achieving a goal. Planning is essential for every area of our lives most importantly for our finances. When we set out our financial goals, a plan helps us navigate a step by step approach to meeting those goals. This is why although ambitious, our goals must be realistic and achievable.
In planning, we must be conscious of God’s place in our desires and pursuits. God’s priority is in the laid down processes to achieving our goals.
A plan does not guarantee that your goals will be achieved. You must consciously work through each step to achieving those goals. Remember that along the line, there may be a need to make certain adjustments to your plan. Don’t be afraid to make those adjustments. Always keep your eyes on the prize and steadily navigate your way to it.

Prayer:
Lord as I make plans for my finances, I recognize that I cannot do it without your input, help me as I navigate towards my goals, and much more; help me achieve every goal that I have set in accordance to your will in Jesus name.
